Hawaii Regional Security Operations CenterThe $320 million Hawaii Regional Security Operations Center (HRSOC) is a state of the art operations and data center facility at the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station (NCTAMS), Wahiawa, Hawaii. The 70-acre facility includes an operations center which consists of a main building with two wings and an engaged Security Operations Center, with operations support and personnel support elements.
This facility comprises 2 main floors and a basement level. In addition, several support buildings are being constructed to supplement operations in the main facility. These include the construction of a new Base Entry Control Facility, a new Warehouse Facility, a new Visitors Control Center , a new Antenna Farm Building (ANT), building 294, and a new Booster Pump Building (BPS). Intense site development was necessary to prepare the site including an access road, off-base utility work, as well as site improvements and utility infrastructure construction. The facility is the largest contractor contract in the history of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command. |

Hirota, Inc. was involved in design documents as Civil Engineering Site Engineer of Record for the construction of a new Hawaii Regional Security Operations Headquarters building with command centers and other related buildings located at Wahiawa, Oahu, Hawaii. The work included the design, construction, quality control, and inspection of all utilities, roads, walks, landscaping and all other required improvements.
