With close to 500 employees and the expected influx of Ewa patients and visitors, parking lot improvements were a critical part of the new site's operational efficiency.

SOH was contracted to provide much needed parking lot improvements that included: site layout, grading plans, drainage reports, erosion control plans, traffic control plans, pavement improvements, employee entry improvements, and accessible parking and routing improvements. Also included were new lighting designs, landscaping, and electrical improvements.

As a service to QMC-West, SOH combined ground-based laser scanning and aerial photogrammetry tied in to its existing topographic survey work to create a fully georeferenced 3D representation of the site.  QMC can use the resulting data for asset managaement, as-built condition assessment, parking space managementor, or any number of development use cases.
