Kūki'o Beach Club
Located on the Big Island of Hawaii's North Kona coast, the 650-acre private residential club fronts magnificent beaches and features a beach club, public park, historic sites, anchialine ponds and lagoons. Incorporated in the project are view corridors for the 300 home sites, historic trails and a ten-hole Tom Fazio-designed golf course just downslope from the eighteen-hole Fazio-designed championship golf course.

Land surveying services included shoreline certification, a boundary study, topographic site survey, and aerial mapping.
